Aly Raisman, an American gymnast, was a member of the Fierce Five 2012 as well as the Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. In the 2012 Olympics in London she was awarded gold medals for team and floor competitions and bronze in the balance beam. It made her the Olympic gymnast who won the most medals. In 2016, the Olympics brought her the gold medal in the team competition, which earned both she as well as Gabby the honor as the first Americans ever to have consecutive team golds. In addition, she was awarded silver medals for the individual all-around and for the floor workout. She took a break of three years between the two Olympics from competing gymnastics. Her gold medal winning American team also took home the two World Championships. Her favorite event is the floor workout. The gymnastics training began when she was two years young. Aly is a part of The Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization to honor and remember her grandmother. Aly hopes to achieve the opportunity to have a career that is successful as a fashion designer. The leotards she wears as a signature, socks and other items are expected to be enlarged to include other items in the future. She's writing a book titled Fierce that will be released in the coming months.
